Terms of service

These terms govern the use of Binder Templates. By using the service you accept these conditions. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

1. What Binder Templates is

Binder Templates is a free tool that generates real-size printable placeholders to organise Pokémon TCG card binders. It lets you download PDFs by set, by Pokédex generation, or build custom templates. We don't sell cards, packs or physical services.

2. Account and registration

You can browse much of the site without registering. To download PDFs or save templates you need a free account. You're responsible for keeping your password secure. If you believe someone has accessed your account without permission, write to us immediately at antoniooferres@gmail.com.

3. Acceptable use

By using Binder Templates you agree NOT to:

• Upload illegal, offensive or sexualised content, or content that infringes third-party rights.
• Perform mass scraping, abuse the endpoints or try to overload the service.
• Impersonate other users or The Pokémon Company / Nintendo / Game Freak.
• Distribute the templates as if they were official products or resell them for profit.
• Try to bypass the service's technical controls, reverse-engineer it or exploit vulnerabilities.

We may suspend or delete accounts that breach these points, and remove public content at any time.

4. Content you generate

You keep ownership of the content you create (templates, comments, names). By making a template public you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, revocable licence to show it to other users while it remains public. You can make it private or delete it whenever you want.

5. Pokémon trademarks

Pokémon, card names, images and all other trademarks are the property of The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Game Freak and Creatures Inc. Binder Templates is a fan-made project with no affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement from any of these entities. The templates are distributed for non-commercial, personal use.

6. Availability and changes

The service is provided «as is», with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability. We may change features, stop supporting certain sets or discontinue the service. If something important changes, we'll try to give reasonable notice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Binder Templates is not liable for indirect damages, data loss arising from use of the service, or problems with your physical printing (paper, ink, scale). We recommend checking a print proof before printing the full set.

8. Privacy

The processing of personal data is governed by our privacy policy.

9. Account cancellation

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by writing to us at antoniooferres@gmail.com. We process removals within 30 days.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute arising will be submitted to the courts of the user's domicile when they are a consumer.

11. Changes to these terms

If we update these terms, we'll change the date in the header. If the changes are substantial, we'll notify you by email or right here. Continuing to use the service after notice implies acceptance of the new terms.
